Erik is the mechanic, loving dog-dad, and husband. He has over 10 years experience working in shops. He is obsessive until a problem is solved. He doesn’t like to leave mystery noises unresolved. He is very safety-oriented and will put any and all safety concerns above all else. He will prioritize your maintenance and repair needs base on safety, urgency, and level of importance so you know exactly what you need to do and in what order. He will always let you know what can wait and what can’t.

Erik hails from the Navajo Nation.

Alex Castaneda

Alex wears every hat in the book when she says she’s the operations manager. Besides the roles of dog-mom and wife, she is the one behind the operations so Erik can focus solely on turning wrenches. She’s the one you’ll direct all your questions to. Unless it’s about a vehicle, even though she also has her fair share of automotive knowledge, all questions about scheduling, invoices, policies, estimates, etc. will be directed to her. She can even help you source your parts if you’re ever confused on what to buy. She often tags along with Erik to the jobs.

Alex is also bilingual and speaks Spanish as well.
